Our tennis clinics are perfect for both beginners and experienced players. Led by our experienced coaches, you will learn proper technique, footwork, and strategy, all while improving your fitness and having fun on the court.
Our Pilates classes focus on strengthening your core, improving your posture, and increasing your flexibility. With a variety of class formats, including Reformer Pilates and mat Pilates, our expert instructors will guide you through each movement, helping you to achieve a stronger, leaner body.
Monday-Your ASS is MINE. All Friction isn't GOOD Friction unless it's PILATES!! Lift & Sculpt your BUTT + tighten your low abs with this ONE hour class.
Wednesday-Body Blitz. 60 mins of Total Body toning. Strengthen & Lengthen your muscles with this Functional Training class. We'll see you next week for more!
This is a social/run club open to all levels of runners and walkers. We'll meet Friday's at 6:30pm for 2-3 mile run water stop. Optional post-run food and drinks.
All paces are welcome at the same time. All are welcome! A perfect event for those new to Coconut Grove are who want to find fitness buddies.
